These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Private Education Concierge (“PEC,” “we,” “us”). By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Private Education Concierge（以下「PEC」または「当社」）が提供するサービスのご利用条件を定めるものです。ご相談のご予約またはサービスのご利用をもって、本規約にご同意いただいたものとみなします。
1. Our Services1. サービス内容
PEC provides one-to-one tutoring, examination preparation (including IELTS, EIKEN, TOEFL and TOEIC), school support, and study-abroad concierge services, as described on our Services and Pricing pages.当社は、個別指導、試験対策（IELTS・英検・TOEFL・TOEICを含む）、学校サポート、および海外留学コンシェルジュサービスを、サービスページおよび料金ページに記載の内容で提供します。
2. Bookings, Payment & Cancellation2. ご予約・お支払い・キャンセルについて
Sessions and packages must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice; sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full. Package fees are non-refundable once the first session has taken place, except where required by law.セッションおよびパッケージは、別途合意がない限り、事前のご予約・お支払いが必要です。日程変更は24時間前までにご連絡ください。それ以降のキャンセルについては、セッション料金の全額をご請求する場合がございます。パッケージ料金は、初回セッション実施後は、法令により定められる場合を除き返金いたしかねます。
3. Client Responsibilities3. お客様の責務
You agree to provide accurate information about your (or your child’s) academic background and goals, and to treat tutors, consultants, and staff with respect. PEC reserves the right to decline or discontinue services in cases of misconduct.お客様は、ご自身またはお子様の学習履歴・目標について正確な情報をご提供いただくとともに、講師・コンサルタント・スタッフに対して敬意をもって接していただくものとします。不適切な行為があった場合、当社はサービスの提供をお断り、または中止する権利を有します。
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes4. 結果の保証について
While PEC is committed to providing high-quality instruction and guidance, we cannot guarantee specific examination scores, school admission outcomes, or academic results, as these depend on factors beyond our control.当社は質の高い指導・サポートの提供に努めますが、試験の点数、学校への合格、その他学業成績については、当社の管理が及ばない要因にも左右されるため、特定の結果を保証するものではありません。
5. Limitation of Liability5. 責任の制限
To the extent permitted by law, PEC’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.法令で認められる範囲において、当社サービスに起因する請求に対する当社の責任は、当該サービスに対してお支払いいただいた料金を上限とします。
6. Confidentiality6. 秘密保持
We treat all client information, including academic records and family circumstances, as strictly confidential, and expect the same discretion from our tutors and consultants.学業成績やご家庭の状況を含む、お客様に関する全ての情報を厳重に機密として取り扱い、講師・コンサルタントに対しても同様の配慮を求めています。
7. Intellectual Property7. 知的財産権
All materials provided by PEC (including worksheets, study plans, and guides) remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.当社が提供する教材（ワークシート、学習計画、各種ガイド等を含む）の知的財産権は当社に帰属し、当社の許可なく複製・再配布することはできません。
8. Governing Law8. 準拠法
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
9. Changes to These Terms9. 本規約の変更
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後も継続してサービスをご利用いただいた場合、改定後の規約にご同意いただいたものとみなします。
